Had to wait nearly half hour for breast on the buffet....after being told several times....5 more min..... irritating when you r hungry and u r at a buffet. service woman treated me very rudely.....ticket. # 3675.... Houghton lake heights mich. Come here all the time and never had a problem.....so I'm gonna let this be " a bad day" for her.....this time!!!!!!
Did a good job with the buffet. Our wait person was very nice, helpful,and friendly.
The restaurant was clean out in the lobby but the buffet was something to be desired. Most everything was dried up. Don't think it had been stirred for sometime. What chicken that was out was dried up. The cobblers looked ok. I really enjoy having dinner there but not when it looks all dried up. I ask if they were going to put fresh out. Staff was friendly.
Poor service again! No dipping sauce, no receipt to fill out the survey with despite a note placed in the bag. A little discipline by the staff would go a long way to helping this place be better.
This KFC actually has all you can eat buffet. It was very good
