Very friendly staff and the agents go above and beyond to assist clients and customers
The staff is very friendly but my experience was so unprofessional. I have been buying and flipping realestate for 25 years and have never seen such a classless event take place at a scheduled showing to view a property I was planning to buy. Before I even stepped out of my truck to view this property I was planning to purchase , another couple pulled up and asked if we mind if they look at the property also. My agent says sure go ahead. So we are inside they are outside. I am already not very happy. Then when we were locking up they say mind if we go inside. My wife and I have driven 110 miles 1 way to look at this place for our scheduled appointment. Blake says sure go ahead. We were suppose to be on our way to look at 1 more home with this agent. So while waiting to follow Blake to the next property this couple is in the agents car window making their plan to make an offer on this property back at his office as soon as the agent can shake us. I was planning to make my full asking price offer on this property that had been on the market 2 freaking years. So we drove back to the office to speak with Blake and make an offer. The other couple was already in his office waiting to make theirs. I would never in a million years buy a property they have listed or contact them for any other realestate transaction. So we bought a way nicer place that day from a real agent with lakeview and access/dock on Houghton Lake. Way to go Northern Lakes Realty.
