Just got back from an ice fishing trip to Houghton Lake and stayed at Busters again this year. Just my brother & I went last year, and we took a few friends back with us this year. The website shows it how it is, cabins are definitely what I would consider a 70's era ,which we all thought was awesome. Wood burner worked out great for warming up after 12 hours on the ice. Truth is this place is not the Ritz Carlton but it is what we consider perfect for a cottage on the lake. Owner is great guy who will treat you however you treat him, he always mentioned if we needed anything just let him know!
