my son went into urgent care today with flu like symptoms but also expressing concern about discomfort in his right lung, as a bright 17 year old he rarely complains, but he told me he service was not very good. He claimed he waited a very long time, and when he did see the doctor he did not feel there was adequate concern or assessment. Basically his vitals were checked and lungs listened to, no lab work no x-ray... just a script for antibiotics. He told me the attending physician seemed to be rushing to get his out of there. His mom will be establishing him with a pcp in the area tomorrow. I did look at the website to see if I could write my concerns in a more private and direct manner. It did not look promising.
Slow, even when there is 1 patient it takes over 2 hours to get in and out. Not impressed. If you need serious medical attention consider driving yourself to the hospital.
Great place and great experience the 3 times I have been here in over a year
Most uncaring, unpleasant experience my wife has ever had at a doctors. 2 and a half hour wait before seeing the doctor and then she seen her for less than 1 minute, gave her some pills and never told her what was even wrong. These people don't give a damn about their patients. Do not go here, especially in an emergency
Extremely friendly and wonderful team. We were from out of towners but made us feel at home with their attentive care during our visit. They assisted us in finding the best pharmacy and they seemed to truly care that they make everyone feel better. I have never had such a positive experience at an urgent care before.
