They have great meat and produce selections. The meat is a little on the pricey side but it's high quality. They have frozen seafood and run seafood sales about once per month.

Extremely friendly people. Milk and meat from grass fed cows that were not given hormones. Limited but respectful collection of wines and malts. And a basic collection of fresh produce all packed in this small store.
