WORST business transaction EVER! 1 star is way too much for the service and product I was stuck with. After 12 weeks of empty promises on deadlines, $900 and a promise to reimburse money for EXTREMELY poor workmanship, I am walking away (without a reimbursement) . Michelle has a way of making herself seem like a victim, hiding behind her "Christianity", and making you feel like an unreasonable person when you inquire about deadlines and workmanship. Please read reviews all over the web and Facebook and use your best judgement, I wish I would have. She is full of excuses and does not deliver on her promises, nor does she produce quality work. I am 100% for supporting local businesses in my community; however, this time I wish i would have gone elsewhere.
Michelle is a absolute worthless person to deal with. I had her wrap a jet ski part for me. It took her 6 weeks and she did a horrible job. I told her I was horrible and she said i rushed her. She said she would fix it if I gave her more time. I ended up paying her for her worthless time and took it to another place that did it in 45 mins for me. I don't write to many reviews, but this place is horrible.
I'm happy with my boat cover. Exactly what I wanted !!! On time and good chairmanship . I'm going to take my pontoon there and have my seats upholstered...
After waiting several weeks for a couple patches on our pontoon cover, we are finally picking it up. Several different dates were told when it would be done, but all we received were numerous excuses (the power was out this morning, we did the wrong cover first, it will be done later today and it wasn't). Be prepared for a lot of excuses. Lousy customer service.
Very poor customer service I will never have anything done there again very disappointed.
