Ignore the previous reviews. Travel Land has been great to work with and we've never been ignored. They also have a website. We've had work done a few times here and they've always been honest and done a great job. Also, you can't beat their price to winterize and store your rig. THE PLACE TO STAY AWAY FROM IS ROSE CITY RV!! Nothing but a rip off place, they lie and will cheat you. STAY AWAY!!

My first experience was great! Very good service at a fair price. I was able to have my roof repaired, (minor), without having to unhook or leave my travel trailer. Would definitely have them do future maintenance/repairs.
Never have I experienced such help and support from a business! Our levelers wouldn't work and the motor was burned out and supposedly a jack was implicated. Camping World blew us off - no time. Our campground where we sat, stranded, slides barely out (can't do slides without levelers) recommended we call Travel Land in Houghton Lake or RV World in Standish. I got Bob at Travel Land who said they didn't have time for 3 weeks to install, but could get the parts in 2-3 days. I called RV World - they could install any time but couldn't get the parts for 3 weeks. Aha - I called Bob, never dreaming they'd do this for me but he didn't hesitate (except about my warranty provider) and agreed to get the parts. I could pick them up and take them to Jay (RV World). I talked to my warranty guy and he said he'd pay them with credit card - ask again. I did and Bob said, sure, he'd file the claim for me, too. OMG, I LOVE Bob!! He ordered Friday and when he called me Monday to tell me they'd arrive Wednesday, he also told me he found a guy in same town who could fit us in and install same day - we ended up agreeing on Thursday morning. I reluctantly called Jay to back out on him and HIS response? "Wow - isn't that GREAT for you??? Of COURSE you need to do it in the same place!! Don't give it a thought!!" Arrived Thursday morning, got the parts, went to Wilson's who installed the motor, found out the jack wasn't needed, and I found out Travel Land was taking care of the labor at Wilson's and I didn't need to do a thing but pay my deductible and get on the road. Sherry took care of the paperwork, got me copies of everything and they acted like we didn't bother them at all!! Our nightmare turned into a dream and THIS from a business who had no time to help us!!! THANK YOU, BOB AND SHERRY!!! If you need ANYTHING to do with RVs, go to Travel Land!! These people are the BEST!!!
