To be fair, this location was busy at the time we were there. However, the cashier was rude and loudly told someone she would get to them when she wasn't busy. Our order was take out and part of the order was missing. When I went back to get the missing items, the same cashier tossed them on the counter and talked away--no apology, no nothing. We will not visit this location again.
Clean facility and friendly staff. Worked well for a quick bite for the family when traveling.
Not bad, not great, the best part is the friendliness of the crew. Management was incognito...so much so I didn't see them once during the 20 minutes I spent in there. The nuggets looked and tasted like the oil needed to be changed.
10 minutes before lunch starts and I was told I couldn't get French fries for my special needs son with an oral aversion, who only eats fries. Traveling north after surgery in Grand Rapids and just needed a quick bite for him. Good thing Burger King was next door and had no problem throwing some in since hash browns and fries get cooked in the same fryer anyways. Will never stop here ahain.
The French fries were cold and the bun on my double quarter was so dry . It crumbled when I picked it up. I would have went back and got fresh food but I was in a hurry
