Giving them a C. Beautician called the store at the time my appointment was for, came in visited with everyone in the shop. Then asked if I needed a shampoo, I was getting a cut. Why would I wash my hair. This is my 6th visit with her. She always borrows equipment from someone. Other staff appear much more organized.
