Northland Credit Union is the most unfriendly and non customer service credit union I have ever seen. They charge unnecessary fees for ridiculous things and would rather spend hours arguing with you instead of listening to what you have to say (couldn't get a word in edge wise) you could at least hear what I have to say what happened to customer services these days. They're ATM never has any cash in it. When you deposit a check in the ATM it takes up to 7 days to prepossess to your account. Highly recommend not giving them your money to control . That is exactly what they will do is control you not you control your own funding.
Other than that its okay.
Couldn't process my loan payment because I was "paying too much" on my loan. Of course I want to pay more to save myself from the interest you charge. Better off banking online with Discover or Capital One.
Told me my past history want good enouf for a regular checking account.
Told them to look it up. They said I failed to change my address in 2009 so they charged me 5$ a day to 60$ then I paid it in 2010 and apologized. So a mistake like not changeling your address and being responsible and paying the fees can't even pay a car insurance bill now.
